The Expanded Registry of Barangay Inhabitants ( ExRBI) of Atimonan Quezon was presented to the participants and organizers of the recently held mid-year planning and assessment (MYPA) by the Regional PESO Federation held last July 27-29, 2012 in Pontefino Hotel & Residence, Pastor Village, Batangas City.

Mr. Marlo Cervantes, the PESO Manager of Atimonan cited the reason behind the memorandum circular that DILG had issued regarding the gathering and updating the database for barangay inhabitants. His department surely had made the right plans and implemented them because real time data is always available or retrievable from his database of ExRBI.

Mr. Cervantes further reiterated that other departments like the ones he is collaborating with will surely need the help of systems and data for them to make the most effective and efficient decisions. That is why he surely wishes to share this system to other agencies and local government units.

Hence, this system was pulled back from an offline server and put it on an online host server so that it would be continually maintained by barangay secretaries which he could assign using the encrypted command from the ExRBI system. Other agencies will also be given the chance to take a peek of how the municipal government of Atimonan continue to use the system with utmost ease and at least budget and expense.
